DETAILS: Pamal Broadcasting (Radio stations WHUD-FM, WSPK-FM, WBPM-FM, WXPK-FM,| WBNR-AM, WLNA-AM) is looking for a highly motivated Marketing Specialist/Account Executive to sell advertising time to local businesses and advertising agencies from our Fishkill, NY office. The ideal candidate should have prior sales experience, be competitive, energetic and above all, understand the business objectives and advertising strategies of their clients to assist them in achieving their goals. Additional responsibilities include presenting marketing/advertising ideas to area prospective and existing clients, developing creative copy and promotional ideas, and attaining individual revenue goals.

QUALIFICATIONS: To qualify for this position, the candidate must have excellent organizational and communication skills (oral and written), possess strong presentation skills; have the ability to overcome objections and be a self starter. To be successful in this position, candidate must maintain in-depth knowledge of area marketplace, including the competition while ensuring a positive relationship with their clients. Ideal candidates are outgoing, dependable fans of world class rock, with an interest in promotions and marketing.
This is a paid, part-time position. Job hours will vary from week to week based on promotional needs of the station.
