Located in Albany, NY, Pamal owns an attractive portfolio of radio stations in primarily medium-sized markets in the eastern US. James Morrell founded Pamal's predecessor, Albany Broadcasting, in 1986 to acquire the company's flagship station, WFLY-FM, in Albany. Pamal was formed as a sister company in 1996 to acquire additional stations, and the two entities completed a tax-free merger in December 1999.
